I recommend you do what I did for fast results -- start with a 9-Day Cleansing & Fat-Burning Program together with a 30-Day Program .  If you have a lot of health issues, start more gradually with the 30-Day System.  Be sure to do what they call Pre-Cleanse Days -- the instructions are easy to follow and the CD by a doctor walks you through just what to do.
